By accessing and using Bakri Khata ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Bakri Khata provides a cloud-based farm management platform for goat farmers, offering features including:

• Animal lifecycle tracking and management

• Health and medical record keeping

• Breeding and reproduction tracking

• Milk production monitoring

• Financial management and reporting

• Inventory management

• Automated alerts and reminders

The Service is provided 'as is' and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time.

Account Creation: You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Bakri Khata is currently offered as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future.

Users with free accounts will be notified at least 30 days before any changes to the pricing structure.

Existing users may be grandfathered into free plans at our discretion.

Your Data: All farm data you enter (animal records, health information, financial data) remains your property.

License to Use: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data to provide the Service.

Data Backup: While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

Data Export: You can export your data at any time through the platform.

Data Deletion: Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Transmit malicious code or viruses

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Harass, abuse, or harm others

• Use the Service for commercial purposes beyond farm management

• Reverse engineer or copy the Service

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, belong to Bakri Khata.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The Bakri Khata name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss, though we make reasonable efforts to prevent them.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (currently $0 for free service)

• We are not responsible for decisions made based on data in the platform

• We are not liable for data loss, though we maintain backups

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bakri Khata from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, cloud storage, analytics).

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

By You: You may close your account at any time through account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
